- Items marked "final sale" or purchased during promotions unless required by law.

- Replacement of the item(s).
- Full or partial refund (processed to your original payment method).
- Reshipment of missing items.
3.Return shipping (if applicable):
- For defective/wrong items, we may provide a prepaid return label.
- For non-defective returns, customers may bear return shipping costs.
Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first. If unresolved, we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier or issuing a refund/replacement.
